1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using JobFinder.fi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Service Description

JobFinder.fi is a job listing aggregator that collects and displays job postings from various third-party sources in Finland. We act as an intermediary to help users discover job opportunities.

Important Notice

  • We do not create or own the job listings
  • All job content belongs to the original source websites
  • All job applications are redirected to the original employer/platform
  • We are not a recruitment agency and do not participate in hiring decisions

3. Data Sources

We aggregate job listings from the following public sources:

  • Duunitori.fi
  • Jobly.fi
  • Työmarkkinatori.fi (TE-palvelut)
  • Laura.fi
  • Barona.fi
  • AcademicWork.fi

Each source retains full ownership of their content. We provide attribution and direct links to original listings.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial job searching
  • Not scrape, copy, or redistribute our aggregated data
  • Not use automated systems to access our Service without permission
  • Not attempt to circumvent any security measures
  • Provide accurate information when subscribing to job alerts
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Third-Party Content

Job listings, company logos, and related content belong to their respective owners. We display this content under fair use principles for aggregation purposes.

5.2 Our Content

The JobFinder.fi website design, logo, and original features are owned by us and protected by copyright law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • Accuracy or completeness of job listings
  • Availability of listed positions
  • Legitimacy of employers or job offers
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobFinder.fi and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Actions taken based on information from our Service
  • Content or practices of third-party websites we link to
  • Fraudulent job postings from source websites

8. Content Removal Requests

If you are a content owner and wish to have your job listings removed from our Service, please contact us:

Please include: Your name, company, the specific content to be removed, and proof of ownership.

We aim to respond to removal requests within 48 hours.

9. EU Digital Services Act (DSA) Compliance

As required by the EU Digital Services Act, we provide:

  • Clear contact information for users and authorities
  • Transparent terms of service
  • A mechanism for reporting illegal content
  • Information about the origin of aggregated content

10. Termination
